Insurance - In Network with Medicare

We are a Medicare Provider! We are considered an out of network provider for all other insurances. We can provide you with a superbill for each of your sessions to go towards your out of network deductible / reimbursement. We also accept FSA / HSA. This model of care is designed accordingly in order for us to deliver the highest level of care you deserve.
